Return and replacement policy

We have a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a replacement, contact us at info@majestyhomedecor.com and include a photo of the damaged or defective item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send you a replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Since our products are handmade for each customer, we do not offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out for a replacement.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept replacement requests for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to request a replacement for the item you have, and once your request is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to request a replacement within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Replacements Only Policy - No Refunds
We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide a replacement for any eligible item.
